Refund policy


RETURN POLICY

Due to the handcrafted and often customized nature of our products, all custom-made, personalized, modified, or made-to-order items are final sale.

Eligible non-custom items may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery approval. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging.

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or use will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by Grand Central Fashion.

To request a return authorization, customers must contact hello@grandcentralfashion.com prior to shipping any item back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

REFUND POLICY

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs, rush fees, customization charges, deposits, and production fees are non-refundable.
Custom-made, personalized, exotic leather, trunk show, or special production items are not eligible for refunds.
If an approved refund is issued, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
