CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
Once production, customization, sourcing, embroidery, shaping, or material cutting has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or special event orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Grand Central Fashion reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests depending on the stage of production.
