For a tailored touch, we also use precision brim cutters to adjust the length of the brim to your liking, transforming the overall aesthetic of your hat.

Further customization includes the addition of unique hat bands, feathers, and personalized branding options, such as your initials or a significant date.

How do I care for my new hat?
While our hats are designed for durability, they deserve gentle care. For shaped hats, store them upside down on the crown to maintain the brim’s integrity. Flat brim hats can be stored on a wall hook or flat on a shelf. Always keep your hat in a cool, dry place.

If your hat requires cleaning, we offer specialized felt hat cleaners and brushes for purchase. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment with us for a professional clean and re-shape at any time.

Absolutely! We proudly ship custom hats nationwide. To schedule a virtual appointment, please visit our booking link. For your convenience, we also provide protective hat cans and boxes, which can hold up to three hats. Each can features a sturdy hard shell and a handle, making travel effortless and ensuring your hats remain in pristine condition.

Do you handle your own setup and teardown for events?
Yes, we manage our own retail displays, including steamers, tables, and racks, allowing us to bring the experience wherever you are. Our setup takes approximately one hour, with an additional hour for teardown.

How do I go about customizing boots?
